However, a week after that initial announcement, Atlus gave me my biggest victory yet: on June 13 th, alongside the airing of the wretched PC Gaming Show, Persona 4 Golden finally released on PC. Then, on June 6th, Inti Creates finally announced that they were bringing the last of their modern titles to PC: Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 released on Steam on June 22 nd.

On May 7 th, Sega finally gave us some more Yakuza PC news, albeit not exactly what I was expecting: they confirmed that the Western release of the latest game in the series, Yakuza: Like A Dragon, would be on the PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store, Xbox One and the upcoming Xbox Series X, alongside the original PS4 release. Not even a week later, Inti Creates announced that Dragon: Marked for Death would be coming to PC, which released on April 21st. They also confirmed that they would be continuing their partnership with PH3 Games, the company founded by Durante. While the game will be launching this October exclusively on PlayStation 4, they simultaneously announced a delayed launch on both the Nintendo Switch and PC sometime next year.

For starters, on April 1 st (the literal day I posted the last list), Nippon Ichi Software America announced that they had gotten the rights to The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV, the final game in that sub-series. I guess I could’ve done a list of older licensed games I’d want re-released on modern platforms in general, but wouldn’t that be off brand for me? Maybe in a couple years – I already have another interesting idea set for next August as it is!īut before I get on with another list, I have to gloat about some more recent victories – and this time, they’re completely devoid of a certain platform. The fact that one game on that list actually managed to become a reality was amazing in its own right and I always wondered if doing more lists could potentially have an effect on it. Even when I decided to make it a thrice-yearly tradition – with the console ports wishlist becoming an April Fool’s tradition of mine on Retronaissance, the GOG re-releases lists eventually giving way to more varied bonus lists in August and capping off the year with a fitting Christmas-themed PC port review and wishlist – the first (and until now, only) licensed game PC port wishlist has haunted me.
I know that I’ve been trying to calm down when it comes to doing wishlists for various games I’d love to see ported to PC after I clearly went out of control and started doing them on a bi-monthly basis.
I have never seen people complain about the Everdrive, and this is supposed to be better.I’m not going to lie I’ve been considering writing this article for a few years now.
One of these friends said he does not recommend the MEGA SD to anyone, it’s been a hassle to him to make the thing work properly. It looks like the TerraOnion MEGA SD is off to a bad start.
